Shipping policy

At Path Activewear, we’re a small but mighty team doing our best to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your pieces.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods—like new launches or sales—processing may take a little longer. We truly appreciate your patience as our small team gets each order ready with care.


Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Typical windows are:

  • Singapore: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–30 business days (may vary based on destination and customs clearance)

U.S. Orders: Please note that U.S. deliveries are currently experiencing longer-than-usual delays due to factors outside our control. We recommend tracking your parcel closely once it’s on the way.

All shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam or promotions folder—or drop us a message at hello@pathactivewear.com.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your local authorities may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Path Activewear is not liable for any delays or costs arising from customs clearance.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Path Activewear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to guide you, but we cannot refund or resend orders that have been marked as delivered.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Path Activewear is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you spot an error, email us at hello@pathactivewear.com within 4 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to fix it before it’s processed.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return or refuse your order. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address or unclaimed parcel), reshipping fees will apply.
